Exam Stress is a distressful phase which generally faced by students of all age groups. It held at a regular interval, and it is a part of life. It is necessary to sit for an exam as it tests our potentiality or just to see that we understand those concepts and issues and write those in our own words. Exams are important to inculcate a sense of excitement and happiness which we always get after passing out a particular exam.
